Black Magic Returns to DC in October!

The day is finally here: The Black Magic: The Darkens Returns lineup is out now!

Moving to DC from Baltimore, Black Magic will host more than 20 world-class artists for a twisted affair on Friday the 13th at the DC Eagle in Washington, DC. Trust us: We’re bringing a massive lineup to our third annual Halloween haunt, with performances by DJ Stephanie, Lady Faith, Squnto, jPhelpz, Kardiak, Tim Shopp,  Rawjazz, Levenkahn, and many more.

The Black Magic lineup is bigger and badder than ever this year. Following last year’s massive turnout, the dubstep/bass stage is expanding with a new stage design and dance floor to give bass fans all the headbanging space they crave for a lineup so bass-heavy we may break the rails. We also have a hard dance stage that will literally be shaking the dance floor with the restless heavy kicks, and two other side stages with vendors, live painters, performers, and shitty fortune telling.

Last year, Black Magic hosted the largest turnout of fans we’ve ever seen, with more than 1,000 costumed fans reveling in the spine-tingling sounds from some of hard dance and bass music’s biggest acts, at last year’s venue Bambou. This year, Audio Havok welcomes the return of the sinister Black Magic rave, an otherworldly experience with bewitchingly dark and heavy line up as well as performers and  vendors. Deep in the darkest part of our nation’s capital, we’ll welcome you to return to the darkness once again and we will terrify fans who dare journey through the menacing 16,500 square-foot venue, which features 4 distinct rooms and numerous costumed characters creeping around every corner.
